Wind turbine powering a car?

Yeah, yeah, you probably just said “That creates too much drag…not possible”. But recently I came across a company (which there’s probably several others that do this) that sells like…wind turbine, but a more efficient type that’s set up like a jet engine. It’s compressing the air as it moves to the main fan. NOW, people always speak of “drag”. Well, if you can mount an engine under a hood, I’m sure you can mount a turbine (or possibly two maybe?) under a hood and have some kind of high flow induction hitting the fans that’s charging your battery packs or possibly directly powering your electric motors?
