Everyone loves the idea of having a wonderful green place to relax and enjoy the perfection of natural things. However, if the place is not lit to perfection, it can certainly, change the mood of the place. For example, solar deck lighting will make the space valuable particularly for larger families. This may be much needed when people come over for dinner etc. But once these fittings are in place, there will still be some need for replacement landscape lights now and then as they start to wear out. Placing lamps here and there is not really the way to go about getting the best ambience within this space. These are great places for the family to snuggle up and have intimate conversation or even just shoot the breeze after a hard week. This is also an excellent opportunity for them to switch off the TV and just have fun with each other.
The other thing that people should think of when laying out any kind of design in the garden is the overall color palette that is acceptable in this area. Some people like the idea of having a lot of foliage color there and this looks wonderful if the plants have different forms over the winter months. Others, of course, like a riot of color from flowers which usually blossom in the warmer months. Try balancing the planting so that something interesting is going on all year round or even in each season so that interest is carried through.
Once all the planting has been planned out, the lamps which are needed can be factored in so that the place will look great no matter what the season is. These lamps can also be set out on different circuits so that each area is lit independently or each area which stands out in each season will have a new look as the year rolls around.This is a great way to add interest to a lovely area all throughout the year no matter what colors are present. This is also a great way to host some very interesting parties in all corners of a much loved garden.
